Can Terbiyeli

Can, one of the founders of Terbiyeli Law and Consultancy, has been providing services to clients for over 15 years, particularly in the fields of Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Banking Law, Insurance Law, Real Estate Law, and Compensation Law. With the experience he has gained over the years, he consults for corporate clients, prioritizing the concept of 'preventive law' in his advisory services.

He has specialized in Arbitration Law as an alternative dispute resolution method. In this capacity, he serves as an Arbitrator registered with the Turkish Bar Association Arbitration Center. He also represents parties in both national and international arbitration centers.

Additionally, he is interested in Human Rights Law, particularly focusing on the legal status and rights of minorities. In this regard, he is continuing his master's degree with a thesis on "Management in Community Foundations" within the Department of Private Law at Istanbul University Faculty of Law.
